Talent & Growth Trainee (f/m/d) at i5growth in Vienna
We're looking for a motivated and curious Talent & Growth Trainee to join our team at i5growth. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, Venture Development, and Marketing, supporting both i5growth and our portfolio companies in their growth journeys.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone eager to learn how startups and scaleups grow - from building great teams to launching creative initiatives that drive business success.
What You'll Do
- Support our i5growth team in talent acquisition - from sourcing candidates and managing communication to conducting interviews.
- Active talent management through social media, university events/workshops, and other networks
- Support our portfolio companies with hiring decisions and candidate sourcing.
- Joint initiatives with the marketing team on campaigns and performance tracking.
- Collaborate on various startup projects, helping identify opportunities and improve operations.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorms, bringing fresh ideas and a hands-on attitude to every challenge.
- Help streamline and improve our internal processes, always looking for smart, efficient solutions.
Your Profile
- A completed degree in Business/a related field with an excellent academic track record
- Hands-on attitude and availability to join the team for a minimum of 6 months, starting early next year
- First experience in talent acquisition / digital marketing / venture development
- Natural problem-solver and digital native
- Passion for working in dynamic, changing environments and understanding of resulting challenges
- Excellent tool/web knowledge, MS Office skills, and experience with AI and/or automation
- Readiness to switch between roles and tasks in a variety of business fields
- Strong communication skills in English and German
