has an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Planning Coordinator
in Vienna.
We're looking for curious, adaptable individuals ready to make an impact. In this role, you'll help plan and execute marketing campaigns across retail, media, and events, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects that truly engage consumers.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Campaign Support Assist in delivering the Austrian multi-category Cycle Plan.
• Retail Communication Develop marketing and POS materials for retail touchpoints according to timelines.
• OOH Campaigns Coordinate implementation of out-of-home and print campaigns for assigned categories.
• Agency Collaboration Prepare clear briefs and coordinate with external partners to ensure timely production of POS and media assets.
• Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with trade, field, and category teams for seamless execution.
• Event Planning & Tracking Support event planning and monitor performance against KPIs.

What Are We Looking For

• Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Languages Fluent in English and German.
• Communication & Organization Structured and organized with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team Spirit & Mindset A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and a can-do attitude.
• Digital Skills Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel); SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Growth Orientation Ability to adapt and develop new skills quickly.
• Bonus Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
