Plant Management in Arifiye (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS

  • MANAGEMENT... interim, strategic and operational management of the production site in Arifiye, Turkey
  • LEADERSHIP... and development of local teams in production, quality, logistics and maintenance
  • ENSURING... compliance with production targets, quality standards and delivery deadlines
  • CLOSE COLLABORATION... with the headquarters in Mödling to transfer new products and technologies into series productions
  • RESPONSIBILITY... for coordinating and executing maintenance and repair work on all production machinery
  • IMPLEMENTATION... and execution of lean management and industry 4.0 initiatives
  • RESPONSIBILITY... for occupational safety, environmental standards and regulatory requirements
  • REPRESENTATION... of the site to authorities, customers and suppliers

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed technical education (technical degree) in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or mechatronics
  • Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in the fields of electrical engineering (transformer manufacturing, winding technology) or encapsulation technology for wound components
  • Experience in working with international development or engineering teams
  • Knowledge of lean production, continious improvement (CIP), Industry 4.0 and digital production systems
  • Excellent Turkish and German language skills, basic knowledge in English
  • Intercultural competence and strong communication skills

The minimum salary is € 85,000 gross per annum, plus a bonus system, or more depending on qualifications and experience.
