Unser Kunde ist ein österreischiches, gut etabliertes IT-Unternehmen. Mit rund 150 Mitarbeitenden und langjähriger Erfolgsgeschichte suchen wir zur Verstärkung des Vertriebsteams eine kommunikative, gut organisierte Persönlichkeit mit IT-Marktverständnis. In dieser Schnittstellenfunktion koordinierst du den Austausch zwischen Außendienst, Technik, Einkauf und Logistik und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe.

Aufgaben
  • Koordination der Auftragsabwicklung – von Bestellung bis Umsetzung
  • Direkter Kontakt mit Kund:innen zur schnellen Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Reklamationen
  • Angebote bei Lieferanten einholen und Kundenangebote erfassen
  • Vertrags- und Lizenzmanagement inklusive Fristenkontrolle
  • Überwachung von Herstellerzertifizierungen und Partnerstatus
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, IT-Bezug von Vorteil
  • 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst (Inide Sales), Einkauf, Auftragsbearbeitung, Lieferantenmanagement oä
  • idealerweise bei IT-Händlern, -Hersteller oder -Distributoren
  • Interesse für den IT-Markt, Hardware, Software und Lizenzmodelle
  • Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und verhandlungssicheres Englisch
