Our team acts as internal and external central legal point of contact for all own and client capital markets transactions and their related legal and documentation matters. We are responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiations transaction related documents (e.g. prospectus, mandate letters, subscription agreements) as well as managing the coordination process with law firms, regulators, issuers legal teams and other investment banks. Transactions covered by the team range from private placements to international benchmark transactions.  

We are a business integrated highly motivated team also driving innovation in capital markets. 

Your Tasks
  • Negotiate, review, and draft local and international transaction documents 
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (regulators, lawyers, issuers, stock exchanges) 
  • Develop proactive solutions to challenges 
  • Take responsibility and initiative while demonstrating a solution-driven work attitude 
Your Background
  • Professional experience of at least 3 years in a law firm, bank, or an in-house legal department 
  • Master's degree in law or equivalent education or relevant working experience in a bank's documentation team 
  • Strong interest in capital markets, bonds and/or investment banking 
  • Committed, flexible and a team player 
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a professional communication style in German and English

  • The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 49.772,80 gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person
