Dein Beitrag zur Lösung

  • Du setzt AI-Projekte bei Kunden um: wählst passende Modelle (Predictive Analytics, NLP, Agents), trainierst sie und berätst zu aktuellen Trends.
  • Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Lösungen mit Python, Orchestration Packages, Agents, MCP, WebApps und CI/CD Pipelines.
  • Erkenntnisse und Empfehlungen bereitest du anschaulich auf und präsentierst sie für Kolleg:innen und Kund:innen.
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops zu AI-Themen wie Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry, AI Search oder Copilot.
  • Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen, Identifikation von KI-Potenzialen und Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer AI-gestützter Prozesse.
  • Treiber für die Weiterentwicklung unserer AI-Angebote – mit Fokus auf GenAI, Large Language Models und Automatisierung.
  • Aktiver Wissenstransfer: Förderung der Zusammenarbeit, Unterstützung von Juniors und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung deiner eigenen Skills.

Deine Werkzeuge zum Erfolg

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (z. B. Data Science).
  • Erfahrung als Data Scientist, AI-Entwickler:in oder Cloud-Architekt:in – oder Motivation zum Wechsel aus anderen IT-Bereichen.
  • Sehr gute Python-Kenntnisse (PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow) sowie Erfahrung in agiler Softwareentwicklung.
  • Praxis im Design, in der Implementierung und Administration von Cloud-Lösungen (Azure, AWS) sowie in der Arbeit mit großen Datenmengen (SQL, NoSQL, Datenpipelines, Spark).
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, um in einem internationalen Umfeld überzeugen zu können.
  • Neugier, Kreativität und unternehmerisches Denken, gepaart mit Lösungsorientierung.
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an Teamarbeit und Wissensaustausch.

Faire Bezahlung ist uns wichtig Das Bruttomonatsgehalt für diese Position beträgt mindestens € 3.900,-. Je nach deiner Erfahrung und Qualifikation sind wir selbstverständlich bereit, ein höheres Gehalt anzubieten.
