Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

  • Erstellung von Budget-, Kosten- und Zeitplänen sowie von Entscheidungsanalysen zur Vorstellung bei den Abteilungen und der Geschäftsführung
  • Durchführung der fortlaufenden und monatsgenauen Planung der Ausgaben
  • Mängel- und Gewährleistungsmanagement
  • Professionelles Stakeholder-Management über den gesamten Projektablauf
  • Frühzeitige Eskalation bei Abweichungen vom Termin- und Kostenplan

Technische-Projektabwicklung (GxP):

  • Erstellung interner Dokumentation, (URSen, SOPs, etc.) zum späteren Betrieb der Anlage und Überprüfung mitgelieferter Dokumentation (Automationssicht)
  • Unterstützung des Qualifizierungsteams bei der Erstqualifizierung der Anlagen (hinsichtlich Automation)
  • Selbstständige Projekt-Koordination abteilungsübergreifender Teams (Projektteam, Externen, Sublieferanten, Behörden etc.)
  • Mitwirkung bei Audits und Selbstinspektionen (FDA)

Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium oder Wirtschaftsingenieursstudium, möglichst mit Fachrichtung Automatisierungstechnik, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder Pharmatechnik
  • Kenntnisse von Herstellungsprozessen und technischen Dokumenten (z.B. Anlagenlayouts, P&IDs) sowie des aktuellen Stands der Technik im Bereich der pharmazeutischen Produktion (cGMP, GxP, etc.)
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich CapEx erwünscht
  • Einschlägige Projekterfahrung im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
  • Fundierte Projekterfahrung bei Investitionsvorhaben im Automatisierungsumfeld sowie im Umgang mit Projektplanungsmethoden und -Werkzeugen (MS Project, Wasserfall, etc.)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
