Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Führung und Betreuung eines Teams inkl. administrativer Aufgaben im Bereich Personalmanagement
  • Eigenverantwortliche Organisation und Projektlead von nationalen und internationalen Summit Reisen und Events auf administrativer sowie operativer Ebene von bis zu 500 Teilnehmer:innen
  • Ausarbeitung von kreativen Event- und Reisekonzepten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Abteilungen
  • Durchführung von Vertragsverhandlungen- und Abschluss mit Lieferant:innen
  • Jährliche Budgetplanung & Kontrolle über das projektspezifische Budget mit stetiger Kostenoptimierung
  • Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partnern
  • Betreuung des Teilnehmer:innen Managements

Das zeichnet dich aus

  • Abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung oder Lehre im Bereich Tourismus, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Event Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, davon 2 Jahre mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Ausgezeichnete Projekt Management Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools wie Asana, MS Teams, Event Management Software etc.
  • Genaue, zielorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Hands-on Mentalität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Hohe Kunden- und Qualitätsorientierung, Verhandlungsgeschick, wirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie selbstständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
  • Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift, Spanischkenntnisse sowie weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft bis zu 25% inkl. Einsätzen am Wochenende
  • Führerschein B

Das jährliche Bruttogehalt für diese Position beläuft sich auf € 49.000,-- auf Vollzeitbasis (KV für Angestellte im Reisebüro). Was am Ende zählt?
