Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist die kompetente Ansprechperson für unsere Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende hinsichtlich internationaler Auslandseinsätze und Fragestellungen bezüglich internationaler Einkommenssteuer und Sozialversicherung.
  • Du koordinierst ausländische Steuererklärungen mit Steuerberatungskanzleien und unseren Niederlassungen im Ausland.
  • Du hast nicht nur das operative Tagesgeschäft gut im Griff, sondern kannst deine Expertise zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung unserer International Mobility einbringen.
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team automatisiert und digitalisierst du Prozesse im International Mobility Bereich und verantwortest deine eigenen HR-Projekte.
  • Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren HR Teams wie Arbeitsrecht, HR Services sowie Payroll ergänzt dein verantwortungsvolles Aufgabengebiet.

Dein Profil

  • Dein wirtschaftliches Studium (Uni, FH) hast du bereits erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Begleitung von internationalen Auslandseinsätzen von Mitarbeitenden, idealerweise im Konzernumfeld.
  • Du bist ein*e kommunikative*r Teamplayer*in mit einer selbstständigen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise.
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind für dich selbstredend.
