Compensation:
Above-market package starting around €43,000/year gross, performance-linked (range may vary based on experience and internal calibration)
About the Role
This position focuses on developing, onboarding and supporting partners on the platform. You will proactively enable revenue growth opportunities, coordinate requests internally, structure workflows, and strengthen long-term commercial outcomes. You will collaborate closely with commercial and operations teams to improve performance and experience for partnered businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage first-stage communication and onboarding for new partners
- Provide product and service guidance for performance improvement
- Troubleshoot partner issues, triage tasks, route items to correct teams
- Optimize listings, operational setup and portfolio outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional commercial teams to drive revenue
- Maintain structured documentation and follow scalable workflows
Ideal Experience & Skills
- Experience in sales, account management or commercial enablement roles
- Experience in hospitality/restaurant operations is helpful but not required
- Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and G-Suite applications
- Strong communication, organization and stakeholder coordination skills
- Able to handle complexity and multitask with resilience and efficiency
- German and English fluency required; additional language skills welcome
