About the Role

This position focuses on outbound inside-sales acquisition of new business partners through structured telephone-based outreach. You will manage the full sales cycle — initial contact, product presentation, negotiation, and successful onboarding. The role contributes directly to regional growth, commercial expansion and market share development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound sales outreach to onboard new restaurant and retail partners
  • Own the end-to-end inside-sales cycle from first contact to activation
  • Present products, solutions and value offerings to prospective partners
  • Update CRM records, prepare follow-ups and close partnership agreements
  • Identify pipeline opportunities, refine pitch approach and improve sales process
  • Collaborate closely with team leads to support targets and expansion goals

Ideal Skills & Experience (Non-exclusive, Skills-based, Policy-compliant)

  • Experience in phone-based B2B sales, lead engagement or partner acquisition
  • Negotiation confidence, commercial mindset and strong communication skills
  • Ability to operate CRM systems (Salesforce experience beneficial but not required)
  • Comfortable with MS-Office or similar business-productivity tools
  • German fluency required to communicate with local partners; additional languages welcome
  • Proactive, goal-driven, collaborative working style

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary starting at approx. €49,560 annual gross (role-dependent progression)
