On behalf of our client, a 4*S Hotel in Vorarlberg, Austria, we are looking for a Pastry Chef / Patissier 

Main duties:

Prepare mis-en-place for all menusPrepare, cook and present deserts consistently to hotel / restaurant standards, including staff meals as instructed by Senior ChefsEnsure work areas are kept clean, safe and tidy at all times

The ideal candidate will:

Possess 4 years of experience as a Patissier in a 4* or 5* hotel or fine dining restaurantHave strong communication and organisational skills: these are a must as this is a busy, dynamic role.Be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings and on occasion, early mornings.Speak German or English fluently

The minimum salary for the position as Patissier (m/f/d) is EUR 2,650.00 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
