Tasks

  • You will have the opportunity to work closely with our top management and to interact with a wide variety of departments across Austrian Airlines and Lufthansa Group through cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • You will develop strategic concepts, presentations, decision papers and profitability evaluations to ensure the strategic development of Austrian Airlines.
  • You will lead strategic projects and drive strategic topics together with our functional departments.
  • You will conduct market analyses and closely monitor industry trends and our competitors to derive strategic actions and growth potential.
  • You will develop and facilitate strategy workshops with our functional departments and leadership team.

Requirements

  • You hold a University degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management or related fields.
  • You have relevant work experience in the aviation industry. Additionally, strategy, consulting or related experience is beneficial.
  • You are a motivated and goal-oriented problem solver who loves to work in a dynamic environment and always looks for ways to improve the status quo.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are great at collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across different hierarchy levels.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You are fluent in English, German is beneficial.
  • You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market.
