• Manage claims related to contract execution, including resolution and documentation.

• Ensure full and accurate implementation of all KPIs defined in the contract.

• Monitor compliance with KPIs, timelines, deliverables and legal obligations.

• Coordinate with internal teams as well as externals partners to align on contract execution.

• Identify risks early and propose strategies to reduce contract-related issues.

• Keep detailed records of contract activities, claims and correspondence.

• Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Director.

• Support documentation and execution tasks for the project team.

• Ensure smooth handover from Procurement and clarity on contract terms.

• Collaborate with cost control to ensure financial execution matches contract.

• Master's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration or related field, with at least 9 years of relevant experience.

• Proven track record in managing complex contracts for large infrastructure or energy projects.

• Strong understanding of project execution and services, preferably in North Africa or MENA region.

• Skilled in risk identification, mitigation and handling multiple contract claims.  

• Proficient in contract management tools and Microsoft Office as well as excellent negotiation and analytical skills.

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 90 880,-- all-in. Depending on skills and specific experience, over-payment is possible.
