Responsibilities
After a structured onboarding process that will prepare you for your responsibilities, you will take on a key role within our team and report directly to the management. Your tasks will be varied and will grow along with your experience:

• Ensuring smooth, group-wide digital invoicing for our locations in the D-A-CH region
• Coordinating with project managers to prepare the monthly rolling forecast
• Performing plausibility checks and reporting monthly closings as a key interface to the accounting team
• Preparing performance controlling and analyzing variances
• Calculating transfer prices within the group and supporting documentation requirements
• Preparing ongoing reports as well as ad-hoc analyses
• Contributing ideas for continuous process improvement

Your Skills

• Completed university degree (university or university of applied sciences) with a focus on Controlling or a equivalent education
• Initial practical experience in Controlling
• Excellent MS Excel skills and a strong affinity for numbers and data
• Experience working with ERP systems, ideally BMD NTCS
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least B2 level)
• Proactive, solution-oriented personality with a structured and reliable working style
• You think outside the box and enjoy taking on responsibility

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 44,450 gross/year for this position.
