Channel Solution Manager

Job Location:
Vienna, Austria

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and develop relationships with key national channel and solution partners in the region.
  • Enable channel partners to continuously improve their commercial and industrial (C&I) and Utility solution sales and capabilities.
  • Maintain the market order and ensure the healthy development of channel businesses.
  • Establish objectives and strategies to meet sales goals, in collaboration with the different national Digital Power Team.
  • Breakthrough in 0-1 project showcase, develop plan with Channel Sales Rep for execution of new program to be launched to distributors.
  • Work with channel marketing to provide Go-to-Market tools and support Market and Project Development.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to monitor performance and Key Account projects, assess execution of actions and market dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of channel business model and managing sales channels.
  • Good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales.
  • Very good knowledge in PV solution such as inverter, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and grid network is preferred.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • 5 years of experience in managing channels or solution.


  • Excellent English (negotiation level) and fluent in Mandarin Chinese or German is a plus.
  • Success-oriented, motivation for market development.
