Climate change is the greatest challenge of our time. We at TeamClimate have been working on enabling effective and transparent climate solutions for individuals and companies and our impact is growing every day. Now, we're looking for someone who wants to actively shape this growth with us.

The Role

As our Marketing & Growth Manager, you will be focusing on data-driven growth, social media, community building, and creative storytelling. You'll develop strategies, analyze KPIs, and create content that informs, inspires, and activates people.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute our growth and marketing strategy (Run A/B tests & experiments across the entire funnel

  • Lead our social media efforts (strategy, content, trends, community) and drive newsletter growth & performance optimization

  • Build a strong, consistent brand story around climate protection and create compelling copy, visuals, and storytelling formats

  • Lead your own growth projects (events, campaigns, experiments, guerilla initiatives)

  • Work from our office at Impact Hub Vienna (with up to 50% remote work)

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, social media, or performance

  • Strong understanding of growth mechanics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-makingSolid experience with social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, trends)

  • Skills in content creation, copywriting & basic design (Figma, Canva, Adobe)

  • High ownership, hands-on mindset, and passion for startup environments

  • Fluency in German & English

  • Sustainability isn't just a trend for you, it's a conviction

  • 38.5 hours/weekSalary: at least €3,000/month (with willingness to overpay based on experience)
