As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking a seasoned
General Manager
with a private sector focus to lead our business globally, scale our teams, and maximize our market impact.

About The Role
As General Manager, you will own and drive our private sector business globally. This means you will lead multiple functions across the sales and product development in a SaaS environment. You will build and lead a high-performance team, create operational excellence, drive commercial growth, expand internationally and elevate our footprint in enterprise markets.

THE CHALLENGE

• Lead and grow a diverse global cross-functional teams, drive accountability, development and performance.
• Build and optimize operational processes and business systems to support rapid growth, global rollout and scalable platform/service delivery.
• Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting and drive revenue growth, margin improvement and operational efficiency.
• Represent the company to clients and partners; inspire the team with vision and execution.
• Foster a culture of high performance, innovation and customer focus.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven track record of managing and growing teams in a SaaS company (or platform-led business) at senior leadership level. Experience in the consumer and market insights industries is considered a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in building scalable SaaS platforms and taking them from growth phase to enterprise scale.
• Experience managing P&L and operating budgets.
• International network (clients, partners, markets); experience operating across multiple geographies and cultures.
• Excellent communication skills in English, strong influencing ability at C-level.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
