CRM Project Manager

The CRM team shapes how players interact with and experience our entire Social Brands portfolio. This role focuses on strengthening collaboration, improving delivery quality, and driving CRM excellence across all brands. With a strong analytical mindset and a passion for impactful player journeys, the CRM Project Manager brings structure, insights, and strategic direction to a fast-moving environment. Working closely with brand-specific CRM Managers, this position ensures CRM initiatives are consistent, efficient, and fully aligned with business goals.

Your tasks

• Conduct expert-level reviews and analyses of active user journeys and CRM content across all platforms to identify improvements and resolve issues
• Lead the ideation of new user journeys that align with strategic business goals and player needs
• Collaborate closely with brand-specific CRM Managers to implement, optimise, and fine-tune CRM journeys
• Provide consistent reporting follow-ups with clear insights and actionable recommendations, including reviews of biweekly Optimove reports
• Perform product- and CRM-related analyses, such as evaluating feature performance or assessing required adjustments to game economies
• Support feature balancing projects and contribute to game economy refurbishments
• Drive platform optimisation by identifying content opportunities, reviewing performance, and initiating improvements
• Lead major cross-brand CRM initiatives, such as large-scale A/B testing and other strategic optimisation projects

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in CRM or a related field
• Strong command of Excel for analysis, reporting, and workflow optimisation
• Experience in social gaming or another highly interactive digital product environment
• Strong command of marketing orchestration and CRM automation workflows
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a natural affinity for data
• Forward-thinking approach with the ability to plan proactively and drive improvements
• Skilled in collaborating with diverse stakeholders and navigating complex, cross-functional projects
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with tools such as Optimove, Tableau, Snowflake, or Metabase is considered a plus
