We're looking for a candidate to join our IT team as a

Head of IT (m/w/d)

Key responsibilities:

  • IT Service Management: Lead ITSM operations including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and procurement processes.
  • IT Infrastructure Oversight: Define infrastructure architecture, set implementation targets aligned with Business Continuity, and monitor performance across the IT landscape.
  • Business IT Solutions Optimization: Ensure efficient use of Business IT systems, drive continuous improvement, and align solutions with strategic organizational goals.
  • Data Governance & Security: Implement technical and organizational measures for data compliance and enforce corporate data governance policies.
  • Strategic Leadership & Integration: Integrate IT services, infrastructure, and business solutions to support overall corporate strategy and operational excellence.

Key requirements of the role:

  • Minimum 7 Years of experience in IT Service Management
  • Minimum 3 Years in management position
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management Frameworks (ITIL/COBIT)

Experience and/or certification in Server & Network Architecture

  • Experience and/or certification in Microsoft Cloud Service Architecture (Microsoft 365/Azure)
  • Experience in IT Security
  • Understanding of Common Business Operations & Related Challenges
  • Distinct leadership skills as well as strong communication skills (pro-active communication style)
  • Excellent English skills, German and other languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel

We offer a competitive, performance-based, and attractive gross monthly salary of 6,000 euros (on a full-time basis), with a willingness to negotiate higher pay based on relevant experience and qualifications. The salary is paid 14 times a year. The collective agreement for property management employees applies.
