Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Machine Learning Engineer (Vollzeit). Dieser soll Lösungen für maschinelles Lernen für eine Vielzahl von Anwendungen entwerfen, entwickeln und implementieren – von traditionellen ML-Modellen bis hin zu hochmodernen Large Language Models (LLMs). Dienstort ist Wien. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit für Remote Work.

AUFGABEN

Modellentwicklung und -training

  • Entwicklung, Training und Optimierung von ML-Modellen, einschließlich klassischer ML-Algorithmen und Deep-Learning-Architekturen
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von LLMs, einschließlich Prompt Engineering, Feinabstimmung und Modellbewertung
  • Experimentieren mit verschiedenen NLP-Modellen und -Architekturen (z. B. Transformers)

MLOps und Pipelines

  • Entwicklung und Wartung von End-to-End-ML-Pipelines (Datenaufnahme, Vorverarbeitung, Training, Evaluation, Deployment)
  • Verwaltung und Überwachung bereitgestellter Modelle, um Zuverlässigkeit, Skalierbarkeit und Leistung sicherzustellen

Infrastruktur und Deployment

  • Containerisierung von ML-Anwendungen mit Docker und Verwaltung von Microservices für die Modellbereitstellung
  • Deployment von Modellen in Cloud-Umgebungen (vorzugsweise AWS)
  • Nutzung cloudbasierter ML-Dienste wie AWS SageMaker, Lambda und ECS für ein skalierbares Deployment

Zusammenarbeit und Codequalität

  • Vertrautheit mit objektorientierter Programmierung in funktionsübergreifenden Teams zur Integration von ML-Lösungen in bestehende Systeme
  • Befolgung von Best Practices in der Softwareentwicklung, einschließlich Tests, Codeüberprüfung und CI/CD-Integration
PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossenes adäquates Hochschulstudium (Data Science, Computer Science etc.)
  • Erfahrung in den oben angeführten Bereichen
  • Programmierkenntnisse in Python (Erfahrung mit Frameworks wie PyTorch oder scikit-learn)
  • Strukturierter Arbeitsstil mit Freude am Lösen komplexer Aufgaben
  • Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und interkulturelles Verständnis
  • Interesse für die Arbeit in interdisziplinären Entwicklungsteams
  • Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Englisch: Muss, Deutsch: großes Plus)

Für die ausgeschriebene Position gilt der Kollektivvertrag für Information und Consulting. Das Mindestgehalt liegt bei monatlich 3.100,- Euro (auf Vollzeitbasis) brutto. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung vorgesehen.
