As our Web3 marketing manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns to drive awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention related to our Web3 product suite. You'll work closely with the Commercial Web3 lead and cross-functional teams to bring Bitpanda's Web3 strategy to life through impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives. Furthermore, with your knowledge of Web3 and experience in crypto community building, you will help Bitpanda establish themselves in this area and drive overall brand awareness.

• Develop and implement comprehensive Web3-specific marketing strategies, focusing on digital channels. 
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to drive awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis to optimise marketing ROI, collaborating with brand, CRM, product marketing, and performance marketing teams.
• Monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and identify trends and insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, KOLs, and key partners. 

• A minimum of 3 years marketing experience in tech with a strong understanding of the Web3 industry - Crypto experience is a must.
• Fluency in English (any other language a plus) with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Strong project management and collaboration skills—you love working with different teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign planning, execution and reporting, and making insight-led decisions.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
