This Position reports to:

Early Career Program Specialist

Your Role & Responsibilities

In this training, you will be responsible for the execution of orders and the professional storage of goods and raw materials. They get to know the products and ensure compliance with quality guidelines. You will also prepare, pack and ship customer orders. The creation of documents and forms using special IT programs is also part of your tasks. In addition, you will use and maintain contacts with customers and suppliers.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• This position is an apprenticeship (training) according to the Austrian vocational education system. Applicants must meet the legal requirements to start an apprenticeship (e.g., completion of compulsory schooling, residence in Austria or appropriate authorization).

• Organizational skills: Good time management and the ability to plan and coordinate tasks efficiently are important.

• Communication skills: Operational logistics clerks often work in a team and must be able to communicate clearly. Knowledge of German and English is an advantage.

• Diligence and accuracy: Precision is crucial when it comes to goods movement and inventory.

• Customer orientation: Operational logistics clerks often have contact with customers and suppliers.

• Ability to work in a team: Collaboration with colleagues and other departments is important.

• Environmental awareness: Operational logistics clerks should act in a resource-saving manner.

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 1,187.88 gross/month as of May 2025.
