Erste Group Commercial Real Estate is the specialist of Erste Group for real estate financing in Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe and focuses its services on a wide variety of financing solutions for real estate projects (office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses and hotels) as well as provides know-how for real estate project development. Within this division, the department "Commercial Real Estate Clients International" offers customized loans and first-class financial services for commercial real estate clients on various locations within its core markets.
Your Tasks- Working within a team of financing experts and assisting in the handling of our real estate financing portfolio
- Preparing various reports on our financing portfolio and its performance
- Analyzing specific real estate projects
- Supporting the sales team in preparing applications for the decision-making bodies of Erste Group
- Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences with a special focus on real estate
- Acting as a team player with strong communication and social skills, a hands-on approach, and a willingness to learn
- Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German and/or a CEE language is a plus
- Exciting and challenging internship for 12 months part-time (19.25h/week) as of January 2026
- Support of your professional and personal development in a dynamic, comprehensive and interesting area
- We guarantee an internship allowance of minimum EUR 2.660,50 gross per month on a full-time basis (except obligatory internships) and benefits of Erste Group
