We are currently looking for an Evening Assistant to join our team in Vienna.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support as part of a team of legal assistants in various day-to-day operations;
  • General administrative duties, such as calendar management, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and meeting materials, assisting with technical support, processing expense reports, time entry, etc;
  • Assisting with exciting national and cross border court cases and transactions;
  • Preparations of filings and court submission via Advokat and WebErv;
  • Assisting with filings to the Commercial Register;
  • Document production and management;
  • Liaising with other firm departments and key stakeholders to complete tasks effectively and efficiently.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Excellent MS Office skills;
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
  • Precise, structured, and independent way of working;
  • Very good command of German and English;
  • Enjoying teamwork, organization, and legal topics;
  • Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines and tasks simultaneously.
