Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Solution Consultant, Software position based in Vienna or Munich. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs and offering tailored software solutions through consulting, presales, and integration expertise. The candidate will manage client relationships, design and present technical solutions, covers basic trainings/onboardings and support the sales team through demonstrations and workshops. Collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure successful outcomes is a key component of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Consulting and presales experience to establish trust and provide strategic guidance to clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in software and technology, particularly in low-code/pro-code platforms
  • Understanding of enterprise software ecosystems and integration processes
  • Experience in working with regulated industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business, or a related field is advantageous
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
