As Senior Product Marketing Specialist for Bitpanda's crypto investment products, you will be responsible for driving their positioning, adoption, and engagement across Bitpanda's full crypto offering. You'll work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and the Commercial teams to design go-to-market strategies and compelling narratives that resonate with our crypto users. A natural product manager for marketing initiatives, you combine strategic vision with ownership of the roadmap, clear prioritisation, and hands-on delivery. You'll translate product value into impactful campaigns, shape messaging across channels, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that launches and ongoing initiatives are both seamless and measurable.

• Own the product marketing strategy and positioning for Bitpanda's crypto investment products.
• Track and analyse funnel health and user behaviour across crypto investor segments, developing strategies to boost acquisition, activity, and retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and Commercial teams to deliver impactful go-to-market initiatives — from new product launches to ongoing campaigns and customer engagement programs.
• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that raise awareness, reinforce trust, and drive deeper engagement.
• Set up reporting and analytics frameworks to measure adoption, retention, and revenue contribution, translating insights into actionable strategies.

• Proven product marketing experience (fintech/crypto strongly preferred) with a focus on crypto products.
• Deep understanding of crypto user behaviour and market dynamic, paired with the ability to simplify complex concepts without losing credibility.
• Data-driven and results-oriented, with experience measuring funnel health and campaign performance.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills, confident navigating across product, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to differentiate Bitpanda's crypto products in a competitive and fast-moving market.
