We are looking for you, located in Bonn, Trier, Bordeaux or 100 % remote in Germany or France as a

Program Manager UKI (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Responsible for the launch and execution of multiple related projects in the region UKI

• Align program goals with business strategies and ensure measurable outcomes

• Manage cross-project interdependencies, resources, and schedules.

• Collaborate closely with project managers / release manager to ensure consistency and alignment

• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues on a program level

• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders

• Drive program governance and decision-making processes

• Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams, business units, and external partners

You bring along:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in program or large-scale project management in the IT domain

• Strong and tested project management skills including risk management

• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams

• Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and infrastructure projects

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risks across multiple projects

• Good English knowledge (C1 Niveau)

• Experience with Agile and/or hybrid project environments

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Very strong communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders
