Für unseren Kunden, ein VC-finanziertes Early-Stage-Startup im Bereich Finanztechnologie, suchen wir einen Product Manager (w/m/d), der als Individual Contributor das Produktteam operativ unterstützt und maßgeblich zur erfolgreichen Entwicklung der ersten Produktgeneration beiträgt.
Das Unternehmen entwickelt derzeit eine komplett neue, AI-gestützte SaaS-Plattform, die moderne Finance- und FP&A-Teams in ihren täglichen Prozessen unterstützen soll. Durch die starke Unterstützung namhafter Investoren aus New York und dem Silicon Valley entsteht hier ein Umfeld, das sowohl Stabilität als auch die Dynamik eines jungen, hochmodernen Tech-Unternehmens bietet.
Das sind deine Aufgaben:
- Erstellen präziser User Stories, Spezifikationen und Acceptance Criteria
- Strukturierte Analyse von Anforderungen und Zerlegung in umsetzbare Tickets
- Durchführung von Tests (funktional, regressiv) und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Klärung fachlicher Details, Unterstützung im Development-Prozess
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Produktfeatures von der ersten Idee bis zum Release
- Optional: Einbringen von Wissen aus Fintech, Banking, FP&A oder Accounting
Das bringst du mit:
- 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung
als Product Manager in einer ähnlichen Rolle - Fähigkeit, logische, vollständige und gut strukturierte Tickets zu schreiben
- Analytische und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung im Testing und Qualitätssicherung von Produktfeatures
- Kommunikationsstärke, insbesondere in Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklerteams
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Nice to have:
- Erfahrung im Finanzsektor (Banking, Fintech, FP&A, Accounting)
- Verständnis von Datenmodellen, APIs oder SaaS-Produkten
