As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting foundational procurement activities, ensuring accurate execution of tasks, maintaining high-quality procurement master data, and providing reliable administrative support. You will help streamline procurement processes, support supplier interactions, and contribute to a scalable and efficient procurement function.

• Maintain and update procurement master data through quality checks, clean-ups, and validation to ensure reliable reporting and scalable processes.
• Support procurement activities by following established processes, collaborating with team members, and escalating complex issues to senior colleagues.
• Assist with supplier-related tasks, including proposal analysis, evaluation, and professional supplier communication.
• Track and manage procurement documentation, such as contracts, NDAs, purchase orders, and supplier records, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
• Coordinate invoice resolution and resolve administrative blockers by liaising with Finance, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.

• Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous.
