Technical Writer, 80-100% (f/m/x)
What's it all about?
- You create and maintain user-centered online helps and user interface texts in English for power system testing solutions.
- You collaborate with an agile Scrum team.
- You work together with product managers and developers to gain an understanding of the product.
- You analyze requirements and determine how to help and guide our customers together with UX experts.
- You create and maintain manuals for our hardware platforms in English.
- You coordinate and oversee translation projects.
- You help continuously improve our processes and terminology.
What are we looking for?
- You have the ability to clearly and concisely describe complex technical matters in English to an experienced target group.
- You have an understanding of terminology and translation-related issues and how they may affect your workflow.
- You have communication skills, capacity for teamwork, and the desire to learn new tools and technologies.
- You are creative, flexible and have good time management.
- You have solid proficiency in English.
- You have a degree in English, linguistics, technical communication, or translation studies (desirable).
