CRM Global Product Owner*in
sind Sie die treibende Kraft bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer globalen, digitalen Anwendungen. In dieser vielseitigen Rolle gestalten Sie aktiv die Umsetzung unserer globalen CRM-Roadmap mit und arbeiten eng mit Stakeholdern sowie internen und externen Partnern zusammen. Sie sorgen dafür, dass unsere Systeme die bestmögliche Funktionalität und User Experience bieten.

Aufgaben:

  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachabteilungen, Kund*innen und IT (intern) sowie Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Product Owner*innen und internationalen (CRM) Key User*innen (extern)
  • Verantwortung für die Anforderungsaufnahme, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Weiterentwicklungen
  • Backlog Management inkl. der Erstellung von User Stories und Acceptance Criteria
  • Ausarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten gemeinsam mit internen und externen Entwickler*innen
  • Qualitätssicherung und Testing im Rahmen von Releases sowie Erstellung und Pflege von Prozess- und Feature-Dokumentationen
  • Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen als auch aktive Unterstützung der (Key) User*innen

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT/Digitales Projektmanagement oder ähnliche sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT/ Projektmanagement
  • Azure DevOps, Jira/Confluence Kenntnisse sowie Knowhow im Requirements Engineering von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen, idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365-CRM erwünscht
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude am Teamwork
