We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong skills balance in backend and frontend development to join our Engineering department to collaborate closely with other squads to deliver new platform and marketing features.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Senior full-stack engineer (7+ years experience) with strong backend and frontend balance
• Expert in Go, TypeScript, and / Vanilla JS
• Deep understanding of API design, distributed systems, and data modeling
• Skilled in gRPC, PostgreSQL, Redis, and event-driven architectures
• Comfortable working alongside SEO, frontend performance, and accessibility requirements
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration mindset
• Strong judgment in leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, CursorAI, etc.) — knowing when they accelerate delivery, when to avoid them, and how to uphold quality while using them

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs in Go that power web and mobile clients
• Contribute to frontend integrations and dashboards using TypeScript, Vanilla JS, and
• Collaborate closely with other squads to deliver new platform and marketing features
• Improve system performance, monitoring, and reliability
• Drive technical design, code quality, and architecture improvements through RFCs and refactoring
• Implement A/B tests and rollout strategies for backend and frontend-driven experiments
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in all APIs
