We're looking for a candidate to join our lean, three-person Asset Controlling team as an

Asset Controller (Fulltime)

Key responsibilities:

· Build and maintain management reports on real estate assets (shopping centers) for company management and external stakeholders. These reports include PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI tables and charts accompanied by clear and concise performance commentary in English.

· Draw up annual budget and quarterly forecasts.

· Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and systems.

· Work closely with Asset Management, Leasing, Center Management and Accounting to understand reporting needs and deliver value-added insights.

Key requirements of the role:

·     Solid foundation in financial analysis

·     Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).

·     Strong numerical and analytical ability, with high attention to detail.

·     Clear communication and presentation skills — able to turn data into a story for non-finance audiences.

·     Experience in the real estate industry is a plus as is a solid background in accounting

·     Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and develop in financial analysis

For legal reasons, we are required to inform you that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position is set at EUR 2,344 gross per month. However, our competitive salary packages are aligned with current market salaries and therefore significantly exceed the stated minimum salary.
