Über die Position

Als Marketing & Communications Coordinator im Mandarin Oriental, Vienna bist du Teil des Sales & Marketing Teams und für verschiedene Aufgaben verantwortlich. Du berichtest an unsere Director of Commercial.

Als Marketing & Communications Coordinator wirst du für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich sein:

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien zur Unterstützung der Unternehmensziele.
• Erstellung und Pflege von Inhalten für Websites, Social Media und andere Kommunikationskanäle.
• Aufbau von Beziehungen zu Medienvertretern und Verfassen von Pressemitteilungen.
• Durchführung von Marktanalysen zur Identifizierung von Trends und Zielgruppen.
• Planung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen zur Förderung des Unternehmens.
• Erstellung von Berichten über die Leistung von Marketingkampagnen und Analyse der Ergebnisse zur Optimierung.

Als Marketing & Communications Coordinator erwarten wir von dir:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie, Gastronomie oder vergleichbar.
• Erste Erfahrung im Marketing Bereich von Vorteil.
• Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein professionelles Auftreten.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Property Management Systemen.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Vienna within the Sales & Marketing Team in Vienna, the Marketing & Communications Coordinator is responsible for various duties. The Marketing & Communications Coordinator reports to the Director of Commercial.

As Marketing & Communications Coordinator you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies to support corporate objectives.
• Creation and maintenance of content for websites, social media, and other communication channels.
• Building relationships with media representatives and drafting press releases.
• Conducting market analyses to identify trends and target audiences.
• Planning and organizing events to promote the company.
• Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and analyzing results for optimization.

As Marketing & Communications Coordinator we expect from you:

• Completed education in hospitality, gastronomy, or a related field.
• Initial experience in the sales area is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, and ideally, experience with Property Management Systems.

The collective minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €2.263,00. There is a willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and work experience.
