What you bring to the table

  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience in accounting and financial reporting
  • Completed commercial education (HAK diploma) and successfully passed certified accountant exam (Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung)
  • Confident handling of accounting software (BMD NTCS) and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Analytical and structured way of working, high sense of responsibility
  • Excellent German skills; other languages are an advantage

Your contribution to our success

  • Responsibility for the proper execution and smooth operation of accounting
  • Document and account management
  • Recording and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
  • Handling of payment transactions
  • Administration of dunning procedures
  • Periodic tax filings
  • Posting of bank and cash transactions
  • Set-up and maintenance of master data for debtors and creditors
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements and support in preparing the annual financial statement
  • Collaboration with authorities, offices, and the tax advisor
  • Regular reporting to the CFO

For this position, the minimum salary is
€3,500 gross
(based on 40 hours/week). Depending on qualifications and experience, overpayment is possible.
