Are you enthusiastic about digital transformation and want to help companies switch to SAP Successfactors? As a (Senior) Cloud Consultant SAP Successfactors (m/f/x), you will support our customers in the digitalization of their processes, both nationally and internationally.

Your tasks as a consultant:
  • You will advise our customers of various sizes and industries on all aspects of SAP SuccessFactors
  • You will support them with the introduction of specific modules and the associated digitalization of processes, both nationally and internationally
  • You are involved in all project phases during implementation; from analysis to process design, implementation, the test phase and support
  • You will independently conduct specialist workshops with customers and prepare the necessary documents
  • You provide technical and module-specific support in the implementation of interfaces & developments and create training materials & documentation

Your profile:
  • Several years of project experience in the HR cloud environment and in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Ideally, you have experience in the integration of on-premise & cloud solutions in the SAP ecosystem
  • You have in-depth knowledge and possibly certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Learning, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Succession & Development)
  • You have in-depth knowledge of HR topics and specific HR processes and show an interest in new technologies
  • Your convincing demeanor, strong communication and social skills complement your enthusiasm and initiative
  • You are keen to share your knowledge with colleagues and support less experienced consultants in their induction process
  • Fluent German and good English skills are required for your daily tasks, as well as a moderate willingness to travel

For legal reasons, we would also like to point out that the minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 4,346 gross/month. With appropriate qualifications and experience, an overpayment with the possibility of a commission model is envisaged.
