We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst in our Finance team to join us on this exciting journey 

In this role you will cover the following areas: 

• Business planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop the business plan and identify ways to maximize profitability, reduce costs, and increase revenue. Lead annual & quarterly budget and forecast exercises with all departments and track performance against budget. Develop financial models and forecasts to guide long-term planning.

• Performance monitoring: Monitor, analyse and communicate key financial and operational performance indicators to the management team for key decisions (including P&L, cash flow statements, balance sheets and variance analysis) and actively highlight key risks and opportunities, proposing new approaches. Perform and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports 

• Automation: Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards and reporting systems. Support roll-out of the Accounting ERP system as well as other finance tooling

• Process design: Develop and implement robust finance processes and policies that align with the evolving needs of our rapidly growing business.

Must haves

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in finance, with a minimum of 5 years working as Senior Finance Analyst in dedicated FP&A teams in scaleups, corporates or a consulting environment

• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end execution of business planning, financial planning (forecasting/budgeting), and analysis.

• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of creating clear presentations and conveying complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

• Data analysis skills (advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, automation mindset, bonus points for experience with CRMs like Salesforce and deal pipeline data)

• Ability to work with strategic concepts that can propel the company forward or alter its strategic direction.

• Acts as a facilitator of finance within the business, ensuring all levels understand how to generate value.
