The Graduate Programme
As a participant in the Graduate Programme, you will undergo a comprehensive training curriculum that combines hands-on experience with specialized workshops. You will be exposed to various departments and projects, allowing you to develop a deep understanding of Allianz' operations and strategic goals in Central Europe. Throughout the programme you will work closely with seasoned professionals and receive mentorship from trusted colleagues.
The Team
You will be an integral part of a dynamic and collaborative team within Allianz Central Europe, focusing on both Market Management and Sales. Dedicated to driving customer-centric strategies and initiatives across the region. You will work alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about enhancing customer experiences and delivering innovative solutions. Responsibilities
Market Management:
- Customer Feedback Analysis: Engage in analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and key pain points, using tools like dNPS and Voice of Customer dashboards to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking with Customer Insights: Support performance tracking and reporting activities that incorporate customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Development of Customer-Centric Solutions: Assist in creating and deploying digital solutions that directly improve customer experience and address their needs, contributing to increased market share.
Sales:
- Sales Initiatives with Customer Focus: Participate in sales transformation initiatives that prioritize customer engagement, including digital asset development and lead generation strategies.
- Enhancing Customer Experience in Sales Networks: Contribute to efforts that foster change in retail networks, focusing on improving distribution productivity to better serve customer needs and expectations.
Key requirements/What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, including the ability to relate effectively with Stakeholders. Any additional Central European language is an asset.
- Exposure to customer experience management, sales topics.
- Understanding of digital tools and technologies and sales business models.
- Strong project coordination and management capabilities, demonstrated through involvement in academic group projects, internships, or extracurricular activities where you have coordinated efforts and contributed to successful outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial and innovation-driven mindset.
- Understanding of digital tools and technologies (Excel (advanced), SQL, Python, Power BI) and sales business models.
Potential Rotations
Rotations are a central element of the Allianz Graduate Program. Together with your supervisor, you will plan individually in which areas you want to gain experience – within one of the companies in our Allianz Central Europe region.
This way, you not only gain diverse insights but also a comprehensive understanding of different business models, cultures, and contexts – and you can expand your network far beyond national borders.
