Regional Sales Manager – Austria & Switzerland

About the role:

As Regional Sales Manager for Austria and Switzerland, you will be responsible for expanding business within a defined territory, managing a team of Territory Managers, and delivering on ambitious sales targets. You'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Application Specialists to develop winning strategies that maximize revenue, market penetration, and profitability.

Your impact:

  • Lead sales activities and business development efforts to exceed targets across a diverse product portfolio
  • Drive margin management and pricing strategies aligned with company policies
  • Promote solution expansion and increase the installed customer base in existing and new segments
  • Use proven business system tools to plan, track, and manage territory growth
  • Coach and develop your sales team to maximize performance and success
  • Deliver insightful sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years (or Master's with 3+ years) of relevant experience in sales, ideally in diagnostics, medical devices, or technology
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and hands-on leadership approach
  • Confident communicator capable of presenting strategies and results to senior leaders
  • Proven track record hitting revenue targets and growing market share
  • Fluent in German and English; French language skills are a plus
