Das bieten wir dir im Job
In deiner Position betreust du überwiegend regionale Immobilienprojekte und sorgst mit deinem administrativen und vor allem kaufmännischen Know-how für die optimale Wirtschaftlichkeit unserer Projekte.

  • Alle Zahlen im Blick: Du bist verantwortlich für die Erfassung und Pflege des Budgets für unseren Bestand und stellst in enger Abstimmung mit deinem Team sicher, dass das Budget eingehalten wird.
  • Als Cost Controller verantwortest du die Auftrags- und Rechnungsabwicklung sowie das Mahnwesen unserer Immobilienprojekte.
  • Du prüfst und korrigierst die durch ein KI-gestütztes Tool erfassten Rechnungsmetadaten, erfasst Rechnungen manuell und bearbeitest Dauerrechnungen. Du leitest den Workflow ein, überwachst ihn und bist Ansprechpartner:in für Rückfragen zum Rechnungsstatus.
  • Du bereitest Standardverträge und Nachtragsvereinbarungen vor, überwachst den Workflow, versendest Vertragsunterlagen und legst sie ab. Bürgschaftsmanagement gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.
  • Die Stammdatenpflege unserer Kreditoren rundet dein Tätigkeitsprofil ab.

  • Mit einer abgeschlossenen kaufmännischen Ausbildung, z. B. zum:zur Kaufmann:frau für Büromanagement, Controller:in, Finanzassistenten:in oder ähnlich, bist du gut aufgestellt.
  • Du kannst bereits erste Berufserfahrung vorweisen, gern mit Berührungspunkten zur Immobilienwirtschaft oder zu einem Bauunternehmen.
  • Eine hohe Affinität zu Zahlen und Buchhaltungsthemen setzen wir bei deiner Berufswahl voraus.
  • Du wendest MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Word, routiniert an und bist idealerweise schon erfahren im Umgang mit Datenbanken.
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie Teamgeist gepaart mit Organisationsstärke zeichnen dich zusätzlich aus.
