Description
Our Mechanical Engineering department is the company's center for precision and innovation. The team specializes in toolmaking, where high-precision tools are manufactured and are essential for the mass production of workpieces. Our experts use CAD software and other technical tools to develop and design tools and molds that form the basis for high-quality products.

We are looking for professionals who want to use their technical skills and passion for mechanics to help shape the future of manufacturing.

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Werkzeug-, Verfahren- und Heißkanaltechnik sowie Erfahrung mit Simulation, Analyse und Prozessoptimierung
  • Projektmanagement-Kompetenz (Termin-, Risiko- und Stakeholder-Management) und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität im Shopfloor
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD, PLM/PDM, ERP/SAP sowie Analyse von Mess- und Prüfdaten
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke in globalen Teams; Erfahrung in Training, Coaching und Wissensvermittlung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

  • Globale Standardisierung & Benchmarking von Werkzeug- und Heißkanalprozessen inkl. Simulationen, Spezifikationen und Freigaben
  • Technische Unterstützung bei APQP/PPAP, Bemusterungen sowie Prozess- und Qualitätsoptimierungen
  • Einführung präventiver Instandhaltung und Umsetzung von CAPA-/Ursachenanalysen
  • Wissenstransfer & Schulungen zu Best Practices für Produktion, QS und Instandhaltung
  • Sicherstellung von EHS-, Dokumentations- & PLM/ERP-Standards sowie internationale Einsätze
