As Operations Admin Coordinator, you ensure the smooth running of all administrative tasks that support our business operations. With that we mean, you are responsible for the quality of our guests' experience by providing essential administrative support to the team to ensure they can completely focus on our community.
At The Social Hub, your growth is at the forefront, and you will be closely supported by your Community Manager to make sure you grow in skills and within the company if you wish so. From the get-go, you will go through our special The Social Hub hospitality and hosting onboarding, making sure everybody in our hubs understand and share our common hospitality and hosting skills and attitude. On top of that, we will bring you up to speed on our administrative & Finance SOPs, hotel management systems and all finance related tasks around operations. We will make sure to set you up in your specialist area and support you towards becoming a master in that area

What You'll Do
- You'll be responsible for all finance tasks related to operations within your hotel (e.g. guest registration, guest ledger checks, end of day/month procedures, quality control, such as room checks, and more)
- You'll implement, improve, and train the community team on new administrative and finance related SOP's
- You're the specialist behind the scenes responsible for pre-arrival checks, managing complaints, and responding to our online reviews
- You know our products front to back and will use that knowledge to elevate our guests' experience, ensuring that they have the best stay possible
- You'll become the master at answering all questions that our guests have and can point them in the right direction when needed
- You'll oversee that all health & safety procedures, federal regulations, and internal house rules and policies are being followed
Who You Are
- You have 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- You have a flexible, hands-on, motivated and positive approach
- You're the ultimate problem solver and you're not afraid to get creative when necessary
- You have an eye for detail and you always find ways to improve business processes
- You're quality focused and you always make sure to deliver a seamless guest experience
- You love responsibility and handle stressful peak periods like a pro
- You're fluent in English (written and spoken) – Know any other languages? The more the merrier
- You're a European citizen or legally allowed to work in Austria
