Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung neuer und innovativer Anforderungen in Eigenverantwortung, inklusive Koordination und Steuerung interner und externer Expert:innen sowie Entwickler:innen
  • Übernahme der End-to-End-Verantwortung für Applikationen und Services
  • Mitwirkung bei der Abstimmung und beim Rollout neuer Software-Releases
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs durch aktives Systemmonitoring und Bearbeitung von Tickets
  • Punktuelle Leitung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten gemäß Plan-Build-Run-Prinzip, einschließlich Lösungsdesign, Aufwandsschätzung und Dokumentation
  • Gewährleistung der Kompatibilität des Anwendungsdesigns mit der übergeordneten IT-Architektur
  • Schnittstellenfunktion als Ansprechpartner:in für Projektleiter:innen und Fachbereichskontakte

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung im Software Engineering oder einer ähnlichen Position
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Java-Programmierung, bevorzugt mit Spring und/oder Java EE
  • Erfahrung in moderner Webentwicklung (z. B. HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, JSF, Angular)
  • Sehr gute Datenbank- und SQL-Kenntnisse, insbesondere mit Oracle oder Microsoft SQL Server
  • Routiniert im Umgang mit Tools wie Git, Jira und Confluence
  • Erste Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit in agilen Projektteams wird geschätzt
  • Ausgeprägter Teamgeist sowie hohe Belastbarkeit

Starte mit einem Bruttojahresgehalt von mindestens EUR mit der Möglichkeit einer marktkonformen Überbezahlung abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
