INNIO Jenbacher is a global leader in gas engine solutions for power generation. Our digital product portfolio, marketed under the myplant brand, delivers cutting-edge asset performance management, predictive analytics, maintenance planning, and energy management for our customers and partners. We are seeking a dynamic and independent Product Marketing Manager to lead all branding, communication, marketing, and training initiatives for the myplant brand. This role combines strategic leadership with a strong hands-on component—driving projects from concept to execution and actively delivering key marketing activities yourself. You will work closely with Product Management to align marketing goals with our product portfolio strategy and collaborate with INNIO's Communication and Training teams for seamless execution.   What we offer:

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for the myplant product portfolio ), with focus on product-related activities, closely collaborating with the INNIO communications department
  • Drive adoption of and adherence of myplant branding guidelines internally and externally, ensuring the strength and awareness of its product portfolio are consistently conveyed
  • Develop content for external and internal channels, and training programs for internal teams, partners, and customers
  • Oversee budget for the respective activities and drive marketing initiatives within Product Management
  • Ensure myplant products are correctly represented in INNIO sales materials and product documentation
  • Support the sales team with up-to-date product information, maintain current contract templates and pricing 
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B technology or industrial sectors
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, branding, and training development abilities
  • Independent, proactive, and hands-on approach
  • Experience managing budgets and working cross-functionally
  • Fluent in German and English
