Your Tasks
  • Help implement brand strategies that reflect our core values across CEE markets
  • Work hands-on with cross-functional teams and learn from real-world projects
  • Contribute to innovative brand initiatives that drive impact
  • Research and apply best practices from inside and outside the banking world to fuel brand innovation
Your Background
  • You're currently studying Marketing, International Marketing, Innovation or a related field
  • You're impact-driven and love working in collaborative environments
  • You're curious about how AI is reshaping branding and communication — and you bring a versatile skill set when it comes to exploring and applying AI tools.
  • You speak English fluently; CEE language skills are a plus
Our Offer
  • Exciting and challenging internship for 12 months part-time (19.25h/week) as of January 2026 
  • We guarantee an internship allowance of minimum EUR 2.660,50 gross per month on a full-time basis (except obligatory internships) and benefits of Erste Group
