As a Senior Associate in BTS Commercial Operations, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of Bitpanda Technology Solutions (BTS), our white-label platform for B2B customers that enables partners to integrate digital asset investing into their own products. You'll help maintain and improve the tools, processes, and data that support our Trade and Custody commercial teams, ensuring smooth operations and reliable insights. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, you'll contribute to projects that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

• Support Salesforce configuration, maintenance, and data accuracy to enable efficient sales execution.
• Analyse and streamline commercial processes to improve scalability and reduce manual workload.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline performance.
• Coordinate commercial projects and support milestone tracking, risk management, and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align systems, workflows, and customer engagement.

• 1–3 years' experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or a related analytical/business support role.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and commercial processes.
• Excellent project coordination, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and data interpretation (Power BI or similar a plus).
• Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Process-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with governance/compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR) is a plus.
