Company Description

Host-It Immo is a company specialized on hotels and vacation rentals management across Europe.

We currently manage 300+ tourist accommodations and are growing healthily.

Role Description

We are looking for a new full-time colleague at our hotel reception in 1230 Wien. This is an on-site position.

The schedule is fixed, from Mondays to Fridays, 11am to 7:30pm.

As part of our LeGrand hotel team, you will be at the hotel reception to handle all customer enquiries across all our Viennese properties. This will include in-person communication at the reception, written communication via computer, and phone calls. This includes answering and resolving guest inquiries, and ensuring good guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests to the LeGrand property.
  • Handling communication with guests from all Vienna properties.
  • Coordinating with the relevant support staff to resolve guest inquiries. E
    xample: A guest has no warm water - You coordinate with our plumber and the guest.
  • Ensuring the property always feels inviting and looks its best, from the entrance to every corner.

Qualifications

  • You have experience in customer service. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • You are patient, empathetic, and have good interpersonal skills
  • You can write, read and speak German and English fluently. Any other language is a strong advantage.
  • You can legally work in Austria.

Benefits

  • According to the collective agreement for Angestellte in the hotel- and guest industry in Vienna, the minimum gross monthly salary for a full-time position in this category is €2, gross, 14 times/year). This is a legal minimum and can increase based on your skills and experience.
