Job Introduction

Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Billing, which is controlled by the Treasury department is a first essential step towards securing liquidity. This is one of the core objectives of Frequentis AG and is therefore an important contribution to corporate success.

Key Tasks

  • Managing and coordinating international billing processes
  • Monitoring billing schedules and adjusting them in alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Preparing monthly reports
  • Entry and maintenance of project orders in SAP SD
  • Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Actively contributing to upcoming SAP SD implementation projects within the group
  • Supporting various Trade Finance activities, such as bank guarantees and letters of credit

Key Qualifications

  • Completed commercial education (e.g., Bachelor's degree or HAK)
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a finance, billing, or project-driven environment
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Solid SAP skills, ideally SAP SD
  • Communicative, proactive personality who brings a collaborative mindset when working with internal and external stakeholders
