Your tasks
  • Software development: Lead the creation of high-impact software solutions.
  • Drive for excellence: Write clean code, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability that exceed industry standards.
  • Shape architecture: Play a pivotal role in architectural decisions, aligning cutting-edge solutions with business goals and customer needs.
  • Inspire as a mentor: Share your expertise with junior developers, fostering a collaborative culture of learning and growth.
  • Engage with clients: Collaborate directly with clients to clarify technical requirements and ensure seamless alignment with their vision.
  • Drive innovation: Take the lead in introducing and implementing new technologies, techniques, and best practices across the team.
  • Empower teams through collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.


Your qualifications
  • Profound Fullstack Expertise: Deep experience in frontend (Angular, React, ) and backend development (Spring Boot, Express, .NET).
  • Proficient in Key Languages: Strong skills in C# and advantageous if also the Java ecosystem (Java, Kotlin, Scala, Clojure), or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Solid Architectural Knowledge: Familiar with software architectures, the trade-offs behind each, and how they are applied to meet (non-)functional requirements.
  • Foundational Infrastructure Skills: Basic knowledge of containerization, Kubernetes, API gateways, and cloud environments.
  • Fluent in English and German: Proficient in both written and spoken English and German for effective communication with teams and partners.
